Insights Discovery Personal Effectiveness Program
Insights Discovery recognises and celebrates the fact that each person is unique, with different styles, needs and expectations. In these differences are great strengths. The day course enables individuals to make the very best of these strengths.
It is fundamental that we all understand ourselves before we can understand others or assist others in understanding themselves. This is a fun and interactive learning experience. The workshop is an interactive and fun through which individuals will learn a lot about themselves and indeed about others in their group. Each participant will receive their full personalised profile on the day.
The programme is based on Jung psychology. The personality types are demonstrated through 4 main colours – Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Cool Blue and Earthy Green.
